Terms of service

These terms govern use of control-your-tesla, a hosted MCP connector operated by Quick Scale LLC. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. control-your-tesla is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla. It uses Tesla’s official Fleet API. This is a public offer of a paid subscription, not a local demo.

The service

You add one MCP URL to an agent, sign in, pair Tesla’s virtual key, and the agent can read cached vehicle status and send Fleet API commands you allow. The service cannot drive the car and does not stream Fleet Telemetry. You are responsible for commands sent by agents you connect. Unlock, remote start, trunk, and frunk can require confirmation. You can switch the account to read-only.

Plans, trial, and renewal

Standard is $3.99/mo or $18/yr (250 commands, 200 data reads, 20 wakes per month). Plus is $6.99/mo or $47.88/yr (750 / 500 / 40). Yearly includes a 7-day free trial. A card is required. The first yearly charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Monthly plans charge on checkout and have no trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current plan price until canceled.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal (the garage and the MCP cancel_subscription tool return that URL). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access continues until then.

Refunds

Cancel during the yearly trial and there is no charge. After a charge, write from the account inbox on the support page or email j@quickscalellc.com. Accidental purchases can be reversed: the operator refunds the latest charge and cancels immediately. We do not promise a blanket money-back window after a completed, used period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to bypass Tesla’s own safety systems, or to send commands you do not have the right to send. We may suspend an account that is abusive or that risks the Tesla or Stripe relationship.
