How do I cancel?

Sign in and open the garage. The Stripe Customer Portal is there — cancel, update the card, or download invoices. A connected agent can also run cancel_subscription. Access continues until the period ends.

Do you refund?

Cancel during the yearly trial and there is no charge. After a charge, write from the account inbox using the form below. Accidental purchases can be reversed: the latest charge is refunded and the subscription ends immediately. There is no blanket money-back window after a completed, used period.

What is the 7-day trial?

Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. A card is required. The first yearly charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Monthly plans charge on checkout and have no trial.

How do I connect an agent?

Add the hosted MCP URL as a remote connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, or any client that speaks Streamable HTTP. Sign in with OAuth (authorization code + PKCE). Pair the virtual key once on the phone that has the Tesla app. Step-by-step guides: /docs.
